We played a key role in the successful completion of the ALUA Elevated Rail Upgrade in Perth by expertly jacking over 130 beams to facilitate the installation of spherical and elastomeric bearings. To ensure precise, safe, and controlled lifting operations, we utilized a synchronized hydraulic system, allowing for seamless coordination across multiple jacking points. This approach minimized risks and maintained the structural integrity of the beams throughout the process. We deployed a diverse range of hydraulic jacks with capacities of 60 tons, 100 tons, and 200 tons, carefully selecting the appropriate equipment for each task to meet the project’s exacting requirements.
